This 13 x 22 cm (5" x 9") gel pack works two ways: freeze it for soothing, swelling-reducing cold therapy, or microwave it for deep, comforting heat that helps relax tight muscles.
Directions
For cold therapy, store in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. For heat therapy, microwave in short intervals, checking temperature between each. Always wrap the pack in a thin cloth before applying to skin, and limit application to 15–20 minutes at a time. Not for use on open wounds. Consult a physician first if you have diabetes or a circulatory condition.
Usage tips: Always place a thin cloth barrier between the pack and skin. Apply for 15–20 minutes at a time.
