When will I get my order?

Generally speaking we usually have a handling time of 3 to 5 days, then we ship. Round trip about 7 days from the date of purchase. Often faster.

What's the scoop with bulk pricing?

Buying in quantity drives lower prices. We can offer discounts and terms if you purchase more than 6 units, and things really start happening after 12 units are ordered. A good chunk of customers usually order 6 jackets at a time, and the discount is typically 15%, However, when customers want to add logos, (embroidery / screen printing) quantities of 12 to 24 are common, and the discounts range from 15 to 20% depending on the project's turnaround time.

How do you clean Ground Force jackets.

Clean Ground Force hi-vis jackets by washing them inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle using mild detergent, ensuring no bleach or fabric softeners are used. Pre-treat stains, remove loose dirt first, and air dry away from direct heat to protect the reflective tape and fluorescent fabric.

Handwashing is also a good idea. If needed, soak for 20-30 minutes in cold water with mild detergent and gently scrub soiled areas with a soft brush.

What's the scoop with custom branding?

We offer two services: Screen Printing (we to do a lot with Tees, Traffic Vests and Hoodies) and Embroidery. In either case, we need logo art and a minimum of 6 units with an allowed turn-around time of about 10 days. However, we often move faster. Call us for a quote at 778.238.7410.
