We get it. You ordered it. Its' cool gear and you want it right away; basically as fast as we can ship it. Totally understandable. That's why we offer FAST & FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60 USD.

However there are a few exceptions. BULK ORDERS or EXTRA HEAVY items that we carry usually require a separate quote because of their non-standard shipping sizes and/or weights. When you order these products our customer care crew will call you and help you find the most convenient and cost-effective method of shipping to your office, commercial site or home.

Standard Shipping

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order and issue a tracking number. Once your tracking number has been issued, you should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. Call our office for a Rate Quote for faster delivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back-order we will ship you the part of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order. You will NOT be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for the second shipment.

Overnight Shipping

Please call our office to discuss rates and this shipping option.

International Shipping

At this time we ship internationally to the following countries only: United Kingdom, Holland, Italy, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand via Asendia which is the most cost effective given the dimensional size and weight of your order. International orders generally take between 7 to 10 business days to arrive after processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to customs import duties or taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ToughWorkz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
