Premium hardhats engineered for the toughest job sites in Canada.
On a real worksite, your hardhat isn't optional — it's the last line of defence between you and a serious injury. At ToughWorkz, we don't stock hardhats that just meet the minimum. Every hardhat in this collection is CSA Z94.1 and ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 certified, built to absorb impact, resist penetration, and keep you compliant on any regulated job site.
Whether you're running a crew on a high-rise, managing a warehouse floor, or working in oil and gas, the right hardhat is non-negotiable. That's why we carry trusted names like Whistler North — proudly made in Canada — alongside industry-proven options for every hazard class.
Safety isn't a checkbox. It's a culture. Equip your team with gear that reflects that.
Yes. All hardhats in this collection meet or exceed CSA Z94.1 (Canada) and ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 (USA) standards. Each product listing specifies the applicable certifications — look for Class E, G, or C ratings depending on your electrical hazard requirements.
Type I hardhats protect the top of the head only, while Type II provides additional lateral impact protection on the sides. For most general construction and industrial environments, Type I is standard. Type II is recommended for higher-risk environments where side impacts are a concern.
You should replace your hardhat every 5 years from the date of manufacture (printed inside the shell), or immediately after any significant impact — even if no visible damage is present. Also inspect regularly for cracks, dents, UV degradation, or a chalky appearance, which indicate the shell has weakened.
Yes — many of our hardhats are compatible with accessories such as face shields, ear muffs, visors, and chin straps. Check the individual product page for compatible add-ons. Avoid painting, drilling, or applying adhesive stickers to the shell, as these can compromise structural integrity.
Absolutely. ToughWorkz offers wholesale pricing for contractors, safety managers, and procurement teams. Contact us directly or visit our wholesale catalog to set up a B2B account and access volume pricing on hardhats and other PPE.
Yes — with one exception. All Whistler North hardhats in this collection are proudly made in Canada. The Honeywell hardhat is manufactured internationally. If Canadian-made is a priority for your job site or procurement requirements, look for the Whistler North label.
Don't just protect the top — shield the whole job. Compatible accessories for every hardhat in this collection.
Great
Came today, Love it...fits perfect I look good in it.
The GORGEOUS knife arrived on Saturday night from the courier. What an absolutely beautifully crafted bushcraft knife and sheath (even the packaging). I have a fair number of bushcraft and Puukko knives and this one might be the nicest. The balance and weight distribution is exceptional. So… 100% happy customer! One of the Curly birch scales has a few small semi-circular cracks but it’s to be expected (natural material, and inherent to curly birch). They appear superficial and I will put a little linseed oil to help rehydrate the wood… Alberta is dry. I make acoustic guitars and am constantly watching the humidity.
The overalls are well made, very good fit and finish. These are made for work - and will allow you to concentrate on the work, not having to think about your work clothes.
This a cute little radio/speaker, yet also very powerful!
This is the perfect radio and Bluetooth speaker for me. I love the Keith Haring artwork. It’s both practical and adorable!
