What Currency Will I Be Charged In?
All prices are listed and charged in US (USD) Dollars. This amount will be converted and will appear as your local currency on your bank statement based on the current exchange rate.
Any currency conversions displayed on the ToughWorkz website are accurate as of the day of the transaction, however banks have been known to make adjustments.
All Canadian orders will be charged their respective provincial GST/HST rate at checkout.
What About Duties and Taxes?
All duties, customs and taxes incurred when items are shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer. For legal reasons, ToughWorkz does not mark down the value of items, nor do we mark items as "gift."
How Does DirectPay Work?
DirectPay is an alternative payment service that allows customers (only available to Canadian customers at this time) to use Interact e-Transfer to pay for orders online.
Select DirectPay at checkout, and follow the instructions until your order is complete.
How Does Sezzle Work?
Sezzle is a payment service that allows customers to "Buy Now, Pay Later". Sezzle allows you to purchase online orders immediately, and pay for them in four interest-free instalments over six weeks.
When you choose Pay by Sezzle, you will be directed to their site to complete your purchase. Its fast and painless. Just follow their instructions. Many customers of ToughWorkz have chosen this payment method.
How Does the "In-Store Pick Up" Option Work?
The "In-Store Pick Up" shipping option allows you to pay for your order online and then have that order available for local pick-up at our store in the GX Building on Glen Drive. Our Address is: ToughWorkz Retail Store, GX Building, Suite 223, 1868 Glen Drive, Vancouver, BC V6A 4K4.
The process takes about 1 business day. As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an automated email notification or a telephone call.
Why Can't I Find My Country in the Shipping Dropdown at Checkout?
Our primary focus is North America, Europe and Australia/New Zealand. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to customs limitations or a high risk of fraudulent activity. We currently do not ship to the following countries: Algeria, Lithuania, Russia, Syria, Lebanon, China, Saudi Arabia, Greece and Qatar.
Will I Be Charged Duties or Extra Taxes Upon Delivery?

Due to Canadian law, ToughWorkz does not mark down the value of items, nor do we mark items as "gift." How Do I Know What Safety Clothing to Wear?
CSA has three different classes of garments which are based on how much body coverage they provide. Class 1 has good visibility and the lowest coverage. This includes safety vests or harnesses. Class 2 has superior visibility and moderate body coverage. This includes t-shirts, long sleeves or jackets. Class 3 has the greatest body coverage and visibility (under poor light conditions and from a great distance). This includes Hi-Vis jackets, vest, pants or coveralls.
