Mistakes do happen online so its pretty normal to order the wrong size, so let us know and we can do an exchange. Contact us if you're uncertain as to the best size for you. Our policy expires after 30 days from date of delivery.
Where are your jackets manufactured?
All freezer jacket brands are made overseas in either Bangladesh or China. Ours are made in China for a manufacturer we've been working with for over 10 years.
