Returns + Exchanges

Lets be honest, online shopping can sometimes be confusing and often mistakes happen. No worries, at ToughWorkz nothing is more important than your complete satisfaction. If it turns out that the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory or defective, we will accept returns for store credit or an exchange within 30 days from the confirmed date of package delivery.

Please note buyers are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless we are at fault. Sale items and/or promotional discount specials are FINAL SALE and therefore ineligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations. For defective items, please email us and include a picture of the defective item in your email with the order number. If we have the item in stock we will send you a replacement. If we are out of stock we will refund the full amount as a store credit.
