Lets be honest, online shopping can sometimes be confusing and often mistakes happen. No worries, at ToughWorkz nothing is more important than your complete satisfaction. If it turns out that the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory or defective, you have 30 Days from the date of purchase to Exchange it or Return it for a product of equal or lesser value or a full Refund, excluding the original shipping costs.

Please note buyers are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless we are at fault. Refunds are issued back to you in the form of a Store Credit or a Refund once we have received your return. Sale items and/or promotional discount specials are FINAL SALE and therefore ineligible for a refund. For defective items, please email us and include a picture of the defective item in your email with the order number. If we have the item in stock we will send you a replacement. If we are out of stock we will refund the full amount.
